The Women In Defense, Central Florida Chapter is pleased and excited to provide you with the following information on how you may become a member of such a wonderful, dynamic, energetic organization. We are the local chapter of Women In Defense, a National Security Organization. Our chapter was formed in July 2009 by a small group of very dedicated individuals. The mission is to cultivate and support the advancement and recognition of women in all aspects of national security. A non-profit organization, WID was established to provide women a formal environment for professional growth through networking, education and career development.

Membership is beneficial in many ways:
